Food, : Dinner and breakfast good. Buffet breakfast well stocked, but hot food not really hot. Service was excellent. The staff were efficient and friendly

The location was beautiful the people who own it were lovely to deal with not the person who stays and looks after the place

The man who was watching the building didn't help in any way especially when it came to drunks asking people to be quiet when it clearly says quite after a certain time in the rooms. I ended up sleeping on the sofa most nights when there. People took your food. The cleaner just sat on the sofa all day and didn't clean the areas when it needed to be done. Not worth the money.

Broken handle on bedroom window whichwoukd not fully shut making iit quite drafty, bedroom in loft not suitable for four in the two bedrooms up there so should house for six not eight a floor plan would be good as we would not have booked Bins overflowing when we got there

The road noise at night - we had a room on the back and were still disturbed by the road noise from the front of the building.
