Decided to go for a relaxing weekend and was not disappointed , this place was fantastic from the location to the lodge everything was excellent especially the bed as I had the best nights sleep. Will definitely be going back again.

Spacious, private, generally quiet in day time, the hot tub was good and car parking by the lodge was helpful. Decent WiFi. The local area is quite nice. Bar/eatery on site looked nice but never used.

Extremely noisy at night with strange noises from the building we could never figure out apart from maybe rafters moving or something like heat changes ...kept us awake a lot or disturbed sleep ...made it sound like people walking round loudly. Big reason for not considering returning again. Generally clean but found someone's knickers on the patio when arrived randomly. Ended up putting them in the bin.

Great size apartment, spotlessly clean. The bed was sooooo comfy! Location was brilliant right in the center of town. Communication from Sam was brilliant.

It was very noisy, due to hot weather and the beer garden at the back of the apartment being busy, but if you want a center location its the risk.

The service was poor. The staff didn"t seem to know what they were doing. Food and drinks came out randomly. We waited a long time for certain things and then, for instance, the three different kinds of tea we had ordered came out and we weren't told which tea was which. We then had to ask for milk and then only one was brought so we had to ask for another. A carafe of water was brought out but not enough glasses so we had to ask for more. If the staff were having problems of any kind it might have been useful for them to let us know but we really weren't sure what was going on with the service. Very disappointing for a hotel of this calibre. We also had some issues with the service of dinner the previous evening. We also wanted to buy some bottled water from the downstairs bar to take away with us but were told they couldn"t sell us any as they didn't have a licence which was also a bit disappointing. We did have a lovely weekend and the venue was very suitable for us, but I feel the service did let the hotel down.

Rooom was tiny, very badly lit and noisy due to machinery or plant on the roof. We had to request a move, at 4 am. Continental Breakfast was adequate but most of the cooked food was cold and dry.
