We liked the location and the spacious familyroom with a terrace with view on the loch which was beautiful in the changing light of day and night.

We absolutely did not like the heavy noise we heard both day and night. We could not determine what caused the noise but it was impossible to sleep through it.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Room was light and bright. Basic, but functional. Room was pretty clean.

Bed was ok, but not hugely comfortable. Pillows were small and again, not comfortable. Lots of steps up and down even within the room which normally would not bother me, but I had a broken toe and it made it tricky(not a complaint as I didn’t mention to anyone, just for anyone who finds steps difficult, be prepared for steps). Room could do with a kick of paint and updating, but generally ok and value for money

Close to Cirencester which is a lovely quaint town. Hosts Chris and Ann were very helpful and caring. Property has a lovely aspect.

Bathroom needs updating with instructions on how to operate the shower !. It would have been good to have had a selection of toiletries not attached to the wall and proper glass tumblers instead of thin plastic. Slightly more variety of teas/coffee . Room very clean but bed lights could be less bright and mirror needed lowering to be able to use while sitting at the dressing table.

The room was far too xmall indequate fzclities like hooks for coats no space for suitcase had to leave it in thd tiny hall way and kddp moving it around to leave the room, there werent any shelf units to place anything, no hooks to hang clothes or coats,there tiny wardrobe space was tricky to put clothes on hangers as it wasmt wide enough and clothes kept slipping ofv, it wssnt wide enough, clastrophobic
