Clean spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped. We were delighted with the fresh milk left in the fridge, the tea and coffee supplies and the packet of chocolate digestives! The hosts were welcoming and friendly - but not intrusive. The sun was out on our arrival and chairs had been put out in the shade in the garden for our use. The instructions for finding the loft and locating the key were straight forward and easy. We only stayed 2 nights but I can honestly say you have everything you need for a much lengthier stay.

A great location for exploring the area and a real home from home. Fairly well equipped with two good size bedrooms and two shower rooms making it very practical. Beds were very comfortable.

The decor was amazing quirky and very stunning. The staff where so friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Love the idea of cookies and milk before bed brilliant place highly recommend.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Good location near Kings Cross station and St Pancreas International, barely a 5minute walk away. And the rooms were very comfortable

Dirty, scruffy, very poorly maintained, location and instructions on check-in after hours were the only positives. Nothing to recommend this place I’m afraid.

So run down and dirty, plus the floor boards on the floor above were awful, so my room was really noisy. Horrible stay. Black hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. Mouldy bathroom door, walls and shower. Shower door didn’t shut properly. Hanging wires from the bedroom ceiling where a smoke alarm should’ve been. Weird layout, with very scruffy office chair behind the bed headboard. All round one of the worst places I’ve stayed and I never complain.

The quality of the food served at the restaurant was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The noise in the room. Above the main road ,traffic noise was terrible plus the fact that we could not shut the windows and we could hear the person next door snoring all night. At 4am the doors slammed as they are warped and do not shut quietly. Really bad nights sleep ,ahead of a day’s travelling.
