Comfort was great, breakfast adequate, host Sergio very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was lovely and room clean, the place is undergoing some repairs but it's still a lovely guest house, clean and tidy in all areas and I was given the option to leave my case on check out day so no hurry to go home. Central location and train station nearby all pluses. Will definately stay again if I go to Bath. Thankyou Sergio and all the team for making my stay so relaxing👍

Noisy night club nextdoor, with the extractor fan and clubbers, but you can get noise wherever you go, and I was fore warned so took earplugs, still give a 10 as it's just a small negative compared to everything else that this B&B has to offer which is excellent.

Fabulous, stylish penthouse with everything you could need. Spacious layout with the luxury feel we wanted to celebrate a big birthday. We love Bournemouth, and the wonderful views from Hengistbury Head to Old Harry really allowed us to connect with it. Great location for visiting the beach too. Guy was extremely helpful and considerate both before and during our stay. The instructions to gain access and to park were very good.

Comfortable accommodation, well equipped, lived up to expectation, good outdoor space, peaceful surroundings, welcoming and attentive hosts. Also a great location for walking and accessing other places of interest. Good local shop in village for self catering.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Spent hours watching the birds and enjoying the quiet. Great location, short walk into Rye. Lovely shower and very comfortable bed and pillows. The host had kindly left milk, butter and wine for us which was a lovely gesture.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Booked a sea view room for overnight stay, which was just as well as weather was awful so didn't go out

Staff and Parking. I got a parking ticket, my fault I suppose, but parking arrangements were not explained (have you parked your car? is not an explanation) and car park is very small and overflow parking not obvious. Signage overall should be much, much better. Didn't appreciate being laughed at by staff over the ticket. Fish and chips at dinner was burnt, waitress agreed, but at this stage of the stay I couldn't be bothered to do anything about it
