And excellent property in terms of space and facilities in the house for a large family. Kitchen was very spacious and beds were comfortable. The rooms and interiors were as shown in the pictures. Great location for access to amenities like grocery, restaurants, activity for kids. The property management company was very responsive when it came to reaching out to them for queries. Simple easy instructions for checking in.

A couple of small things as feedback 1) would be great if in the property description it was mentioned that the house is spread across 4 floors. It was not a problem for us as we were a family with older kids. But it can be a problem for families with little children or order people. 2) the kitchen pots and pans needs replacing. While everything else in the house was spot on ( furniture, condition on the house etc) , the pans were all rusted and totally unusable.

We stayed at lux sky, it's very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped (except oven). The staff is very attentive, even we had problem with the electricity, they came within 15mins (in the evening) and even helped us to change another house when the problem couldn't solved. We would come back again!

I'd avoid jacuzzi next time, as we had been stayed at 2 different houses, both hot water at the jacuzzi is barely warm and it took forever to fill up. We end up need to boil water from the hob and kettle to fill it up.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to great trouble to organise a taxi for us to Glastonbury. Large car park and superb large room with refurbished en suite. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast included in very reasonably priced room. Superb very varied breakfast choices.

This place is amazing, so comfortable & beautifully furnished. We had to cut our trip short by a day, due to rail strikes, told the hosts so they gave us a lift to the station! Amazing people, wonderful place.

The property is a little isolated. We were hoping to hire a care but couldn't. If you're driving it would be fine. Must say though, the kindness of locals ... we got 4 lifts during our 3 night stay!

Room was clean and well presented plus ready before official check in time as we had made good time on the road down. Staff were really good i.e. polite, efficient and helpful.

Chair in room was uncomfortable but only one chair when 2 people are staying leaves someone without that option. Obviously space is an issue if you were to put another chair in so I appreciate why only 1 chair. The road noise wasn't great, I have stayed in other hotels right next to road like this and not heard the traffic at all however this also wasn't the worst I have stayed in for road noise.

Creaky old wooden bed. 2 singles pushed together to make a double! Huge tree blocking our veiw of Winchester cathedral what we paid extra for.
