Amazing location with panoramic views of the estuary from the living area and all three bedrooms. Balcony/terrace on all four floors. Double garage parking with electronic operated door removed the stress of competing for limited on street parking. Close to shops and restaurants.

In a very quiet countryside location, short drive to Meriden. The accommodation is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Would have liked some outside space to enjoy the weather and to be able to make the most of the evening sunshine, but there isn't any. So unless you eat out you are stuck indoors. Also to be considered, there are dogs on site in the same area as the accomodation.

The whole establishment is refurbished except the bar area…it’s not that we didn’t like it, but that it feels that much different from the rest of the accommodation…

My mum struggled with the stairs as no hand rail and also no hand rail in the bath to help with getting in and out of the shower The court yard could do with some weeding
