Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and beautifully decorated throughout. Prime location for sightseeing at the nearby Cathedral and King Richard lll visitor centre, both within a 10-minute walk. Also a 10 minute walk from the train station. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Owner and staff very helpful, with great communication throughout my stay. 11 out of 10! 😊

Very good breakfast.My wife and myself had smoked salmon and scrambled egg. First class. Lovely dinner in the evening. Very busy, superb staff.

Parking - options for 3 spaces and a parking pass were advised online, in correspondence and in the cottage manual, but reality is spaces are shared with other holiday let’s and weren’t available and parking pass was removed a year ago. So parked on the street up the road.

The breakfast options could have been better - a lot of bread and processed food. Fresh fruit could also have been better. The gym was also not in order so that would have been good to know before arriving/booking. Otherwise no qualms! A good stay!
