  The Location was fine, which was exactly what we wanted. Quiet inside and outside. We were made very welcome. From the front gate to our room it was probably one of the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. Lovely choice of breakfast all served on hot plates. Warm and relaxed atmosphere. A great choice if you’re looking to book. Thank you.

  Initially allocated a room with an awful bed and a floor that was rotting underneath the lino. Were helpful in changing my room to a more comfortable one, but I am miffed they thought it would be ok for me to have the awful one to start with.
