  The location was excellent. A couple of minutes walk from the train station and we could leave our bags before and after check in. Everywhere was clean. The beds were comfortable and we had a nice big shower room. Staff were very friendly and professional. Can’t fault it and would defray there again

  Convenient location, extremely comfortably, the cottage was bright and airy and it provided everything we needed and was easy to keep clean and tidy. The outdoor space was good too but we didn’t have the weather for it.

  Location is central, Paddington. 24/7 check-in service. Helpful staff

  We got a basement room with the wall and facing to a boiler room which was noisy at night (we checked in at 1:30am to sleep normally before our train) and I don't think it's healthy to put a room where people sleep so close to such technical rooms. A bed is very hard, and you feel a backache in the morning. Poor breakfasts at inconvenient time 7:30-8:45. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even for one night. Maybe it depends on the room you get. There are no toiletries except hand soap. There are many other hotels in the same area with better facilities and full breakfast, we can compare.
