I have spent one night there due to work duties. Excellent internet connection, quite large room and very good breakfast. Super friendly staff. The hotel is located close to O2 arena and the Jubilee line. So, the location is very useful in order to use public transportations even though it is not super amenable. Excellent price. Overall very good experience...to advise for those having work duties in that area.

Nothing specific. Location is very useful in order to move but not super amenable. The room was a bit too hot. Good for those who are in London for work duties.

Jack & Ellie could not have been more helpful and hospitable and made us feel very welcome. The room was cosy and the bed very comfortable. The DIY breakfasts were ideal and generous - just right. The cottage was ideally placed for a quick bus ride into York city centre and the designer outlet, just a few minutes away. We'd not hesitate to recommend Pinfold Cottage.

Lovely comfortable warm room with amazing views of the hills. Staff were helpful and friendly, and Hawes and the area are beautiful, so good for the soul, only wish we could have stayed longer.

Unfortunately they were minus a chef at the time of our visit, so we were unable to eat in their restaurant, which looked nice, which we had been planning on doing but it was no problem as we found a lovely pub with great food just a few doors down. As there was no chef, it was just a continental breakfast included too, which we didn't bother getting up for, but only as we were still stuffed from the food the night before! As with all hotels we go to, there never seems to be enough milk, usually plenty of tea and coffee, but only 4 tiny milk which goes nowhere. A fridge would, therefore, have been useful to buy our own milk, and had we stayed longer, it would've been nice to refrigerate drinks, etc, for a pack-up, ready for a day of trekking.
