Peaceful and yet well connected location on third floor with views of trees from doors to the terrace. Kitchen and living area is a good size and comfortable and TV and WiFi were good. Plenty of private parking for the small area used for the apartments. Bedding and towels were clean and beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive and keen to put things right.

Bathrooms were clean enough but not spotless. Whole property needs a deep clean especially floors and inside kitchen cupboards and renewal of fittings for example a shower head, cracked mirror and loose toilet seat and even a new sponge for washing up was needed.

Knives were quite blunt, would be great to have a small wardrobe instead of the chest of drawers, parking space very awkward, as neighbours have 2 cars, so you have to go all the way back into the street to turn around , so we ended up parking in the nearby street.

The interior decor needs updating - particularly the living room which has huge cracks in the ceiling and one wall. There are rather too many (out of date) notices regarding Covid and bagging up laundry (only 1 bag provided for 4 people). All the information we received before our visit and online stated check out was up until 10 am, however, there was more than one notice saying checkout had to be by 9 am (to accommodate deep cleaning) which we found very early. If you are going to stick to this we would suggest you put it in the front of your handbook and not halfway through.
