Everything! The location is lovely and peaceful, the building is stunning, the room was spacious and well equipped and the smart TV is an added bonus too! We had dinner and breakfast and the food was superb. The staff were very friendly and attentive. While we were there they had a large wedding on and the staff handled it so well so we didn’t feel their focus was somewhere else.

The only negative points I have is that the shower in our room (217) leaked quite badly and the windows didn’t close tightly so there was a bit of a draft. Neither of these are deal breakers though, we would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and my room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bar area and restaurant were cosy and the staff were attentive and helpful.

The house was in a decent location. The lounge, kitchen, and bedrooms were just as the pictures.

The bin outside was full to capacity, so we were greeted by the odours of an unpleasant smell. The thermostat could not be located, so the house was cold. There wasn't a microwave, which is a shame in this day age.The bathroom was decent, but there was pink and black mould on the ceiling. The mattress had stains on it.

nothing at all- collapsed bed, tv not working, no wifi, electric not working in half the hotel. only changed half the collapsed bed then when i complained about the other half still being collapsed waited until 10pm to say they would change it. when i had my 7 and 2 year old finally settled. the base they changed it to had a nail hanging out which i then scratched my hand on trying to make the bed as it wasn't remade after the half of base changed, toilet disgusting ! paint peeling off the back of the toilet door. no where on site to get any refreshments. i was told
