The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Extreemly welcoming and accommodating to our travel needs. The parking was what sold it for us and being so close to the O2, which was a lovely walk to get to.

I would have liked a teas maid or kettle in the room as we were gasping for a cuppa tea before bed and in the morning. Having not stayed at a Home stay before we wasnt sure what to expect, but turned out we didn't feel right going to the kitchen to get a drink as it was a family home, so maybe something in the room would be a nice touch. But my main feedback would be to put a lock on the bedroom door. It didn't feel private without it. And the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

staff were excellent and breakfasts were good. The rooms were adequate if somewhat small and the location was great.

The whole pub looked tired and tatty. There was a lot of rubbish around the outside tables (morning after the night before). The access to our rooms (8 and 10) was like an assault course. In our room you could not open (or close) the bathroom door. We reported this but nothing happened. Our rooms were not serviced during our stay. I guess the core issue was that we paid £150 per room per night and for the quality of the hotel was way overpriced

Lovely gal working the desk. Great location to Victoria Station. Comfy bed.

The lack of a lift (which I knew). I just didn't know I'd be lugging suitcases up about ... idk .... 5 flights of stairs. The very tight quarters in the room. There was nowhere to put suitcases except one on the chair and the other on the bed. If 2 people were traveling, I'm not sure where you'd put them. The bathroom has no place to put toiletries as the sink is just a basin and no ledge or counter. Same with the shower; everything has to be put on the shower floor.

Flea bites from bedding. Over-priced cocktails with service charge added. Not enough staff on reception at busy times.

The house number was incorrect, 8 NOT 8a We were not informed that another property was only accessible through our courtyard There was NO Wifi, despite information that told us otherwise The enamel bath was very damaged, which was not pleasant for my 2 year old granddaughter Information in the property was scarce and differed from booking.com app We could not locate the back door key until day 2 of our break I contacted booking .com re some of the above concerns and am still awaiting a reply
