The bungalow is beautiful! Very clean and cozy with beautiful decorations very pretty! We stayed here for my friends wedding and the bridal party got ready here in the morning and perfectly accommodated make up lady and hair lady and the 4 members of the bridal party. We all left in our bridesmaid dresses and the bride in her bridal dress. The bungalow had everything we need. Gem is such a lovely lady and even added things to our welcome basket for the bride. Communication is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here it is beautiful, easy to get to and great parking.

We had a two night family stay. It is situated in a great location for visiting Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds. The breakfast is really good and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Overall, it's good value for money.

Good sized room, quiet, amenities were good, spotless, very comfy and soft bed and pillows. Great location 5mins from train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. 7mins on train to Metrocentre.

No breakfast included in price - £17pp is a bit steep when paying £109 per night. Issues with TV - could only watch BBC channels as every other channel was jumping. Reception aware of issue but was not fixed in the 3 nights we were there. Ice machine on our floor wasn't working, didn't check other floors as we didn't really need it but would have been a bonus.

The property suited our needs for a relaxing break for 4 adults. Overall it's a comfortable well equipped apartment, in a nice location and handy for some good nearby bars and restaurants.

The sofas have seen better days and the rear outside space could've been better maintained for use. A properly fitting window blind in the twin bedroom would have been good.

We were upgraded which was nice as we had to cancel earlier due to ill health. Room was lovely, we had a great view and we had the added extra of breakfast.

No instructions that we had to use our key in the lift so caused issues when we spilt and didn’t realise There was a damp towel in the wardrobe Bed wasn’t made properly I had to smooth the sheets down as they were all bunched up and crumpled at the base where my feet went Disappointed for a Hilton there was no slippers or dressing gown to use Disappointed no courtesy padlock for lockers in the spa I don’t carry a lock with me so although your staff member was brilliant and kept my valuables safe I couldn’t relax as my other belongings like expensive footwear were in the changing rooms not locked away Disappointed breakfast cost £30 extra

The attention to detail in cleaning wasn’t very good. There was a lot of dust behind the bathroom door and under the radiators. There were cobwebs behind all of the blinds and the window ledges had black mould on them. There was a cushion on the sofa that was quite grubby and unfortunately the apartment was quite tired.
