Me and my Mum came for a restful break and that's exactly what we had. The hotel was lovely and cosy and perfectly placed from the train station as that is how we arrived. It was a 30second walk not 2mins as we saw advertised. The walking pack provided was brilliant and we did follow one of the walks through beautiful scenery. The food was sooo good, rather than go out for a meal on the second night we again ate in the hotel and it was good value for money.

On the first day of our stay, the shower water was scolding hot in where we could not use it but instead used the bath as it had the cold water. It was so hot that the steam caused the alarms to go off! Then we noticed on the second day that we had no water at all and when reported we were informed that maintenance was taking place in a communal toilet. This did not affect us too much as we went out for a walk and on return the water was back on. The hotel is in a quiet location with not much around (which was exactly what we wanted) but might not suit others. Malvern centre is only 5mins away on the train though.

Lovely casual reception lounge where you can sit with a drink and look at the Billy Connolly wall art opposite and watch the world go by. Great central location for everywhere. Everything is very clean and new. Staff are very helpful and the bedroom had everything you could need

Friendlyness of the staff and a working air conditioning unit. So nice to sleep in a cool room ! And I really liked the quality of the kitchen. Excellent vegan meals as well as full English Breakfast.

My desk lamp was broken, and it took some convining to get a new light bulp. This should be seconds not 2 hours. And I had to wait so long for the cheese selection (> 30 min) that I finally gave up.

Awesome little cottage type pods with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful location over looking Loch Carey. Would definitely recommend.

it was a lovely mansion type property with lots of character. Towels and beds were great.

Severe lack of maintenance meant that whilst I paid over £700 for a 2 night stay in a deluxe room with garden view, the air con did not work and the room was stuffy and hot. Managed to get room changed only to find that the air con didn’t work in there either. Got back to hotel after a day out to find room had not been serviced! Eventually managed to get someone to service the room. The spa was very tired with tiles missing in both pool areas, 1 filtration unit hanging off the wall of the outdoor pool and and lots of rotten wood around the pool skirting and door areas. Ordered ham sandwich from bar snack menu (£10) only to get 2 slices of cheap white bread with plastic ham! disgusting!

The rooms were small the bathroom was tiny. Hardly enough room for legs while sat on the loo. Nowhere to hang hand towel. Towels on the rack were so high I had to use a coat hanger to get them down building site next to our room

Do not stay here, it is disgusting. Dirty towels, bedding, bins. You get a room not the whole apartment as advertised. The owner expects you to clean your room. There is no customer service and now I am having to fight for my money back. I ended up staying at a hotel double the price on the motorway. I have taken images, I will go to my bank and trading standards if needed
