  Location was ok . didn't realize that the town which so close to Gateshead.got on the bus,but missed stop because bus driver didn't know the area.no props getting there and back in the evening and going home.good pub next door and good chip shop.great room,comfy bed,good shower and a had a great night's kip.once I read my emails,thanks to a couple telling me,I liked the fact you needed a code to go through the gate and to collect my key . great idea.

  Marks on carpet and walls, no light switch amaranth for bathroom, Netflix not working and only some channels available. Kitchen & bathroom fittings good, bedroom ok, but needs new matress which most places tend to neglect.sitting area had just 2 tiny chairs and cheap chipboard coffee table etc. Was advertised and sold as luxurious????. I expect some sort of refund from someone.

  Lack of maintenance, marks everywhere. Hallways and elevator had rubish and broken glass. Outside the same except cigerette buts aswell as galass.
