  The walk from London Euston station was short to the hotel, less than 20 minutes. Perfect for our early morning start to get to St Pancras for the Eurostar. Staff were friendly, check in and out was fast, just what we needed. The bed was clean, shower was hot and the window opened super wide for good ventilation in the room. Ordered Uber Eats and our driver found the hotel quickly and easily, front door was convenient for food collection. The images on their website actually undersold the room, it had been painted and recently decorated.

  The hotel was basic and the room was fairly small but we only needed somewhere to lay our heads before getting the Eurostar the next morning. Tv connection to wifi was a little slow.

  The location was excellent about 5mins from the city centre but so quiet back at the apartment and parking space was an added bonus. We would certainly recommend to family and friends both Chester and the accommodation

  The setting of the property was beautiful. The view overlooking the gardens was exceptional. Our room was huge, bright and cheerful. The bathroom was enormous too. There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

  We loved the hot tub couldn’t fault that! We loved the Rowan Golf course.

  It wasn’t clean at all! There were cobwebs, stained sofas! The cups, cutlery and glasses were disgustingly dirty! On the patio area when we arrived were used half toilet roll that hadn’t been picked up! The toilet brushes looked like they hadn’t been replaced since the start of the year! The bed was so uncomfortable there were springs popping out!
