After a bad experience I had at the britannia I managed to book in with this hotel, customer service was spot on as i went in there absolutely upset with the experience I'd through with britannia Motal one are amazing, so polite and well mannered members of staff

2 Queensberry Place between South Kensington and Gloucester Road Tube Station is excellent. Further to the tube stations, there are also a couple of buses running with stops nearby, The rooms (penthouse) were good, the living room very spacious.

The kitchen lacked a bit of cleaning stuff etc. which were, however, provided quickly upon asking. A problem was the non-functioning elevator. When booking, we did not realize that our rooms were on the top floor with long and steep staircases. As one of our group had difficulties climbing stairs, in particular downwards, this was quite difficult. As all the accommodations we have so far stayed at in London were equipped with an elevator, it never came to my mind that, if our rooms were tighter up, there would not be an elevator. We would love to stay at this place again, but only with a working elevator.

Location was brilliant for the reasons we stayed. Tube station close by to get to where we needed to go. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were lovely and welcoming.

The breakfast was great with plenty of choice and within a good time frame. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom in our room was very modern.

My partner said he found the bed a bit hard but I was fine. It was 2 single beds together and might have been better if it was one full bed. But a standard double would have been smaller in width ..

This is an airport hotel and there is flightpath noise. Restaurant / pub facilities are in Crawley a taxi or uber ride away.

Very hard to find. Also very hard to get in. Far to many threats about losing your £100.deposit became a bit uncomfortable.
