  I love the Bank House and stayed many times before. A great location for the town. Met friends and family and went to a show at the Corn Exchange. Little has changed over the years but the staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Great breakfast too

  Beautifully clean modern and well equipped. Lovely to have the dogs accommodated with us so well. Great peaceful setting - walk into Padstow - easy drives to the neighbouring bays like Harlyn. Have already rebooked ☺️

  Clear communication, easy check-in with door code received on time by email. Their office is a few minutes walk away, if you want to store your luggage or need further assistance Location is excellent!

  Next to our windows where 5 industrial size air conditioners from the downstairs fastfood restaurant. They make a constant droning sound (which for me was not that bothersome since it was a very consistent "brown noise" kind of sound) I can imagine some people would not like that. Room had 3 windows, but basically no view since they were all facing narrow alleys. Bed was a bit small. Not possible to open windows.

  Nice sized room, and in a great location for seeing our friends.

  The room is an annex next to the pub, so it has it's own front door. The door locked the first night but then didn't the second, and the latch was wedged in place by a bit of wood so we didn't feel too safe. We ended up putting a coffee table along the door. Think this needs to be looked at.
