The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Staff were not only really helpful, but very informative about Norwich and general affairs within the UK. One member not only a friendly personality, but extensive worldly experience and was a delight to talk with.

Unfortunately, I had to share bathroom facilities, but that is the difficulty generally with space restrictions for en-suite.

I found this accommodation very comfortable and conveniently located. The host, Stacey, was extremely prompt in responding to any requests and was all so very helpful

Location was great, and the pricing was very good for how central it is. It had everything needed for a 2 night stay!

There were a few hairs on the bed and in the bathroom and the walls were thin so could hear someone in the room next to me being sick - but this isn’t the hotels fault. If you’re in London for a few nights and just need an affordable, central location, then this place is perfect!

Upon arrival it became clear that there were no parking options within a 10 min walk of the property. This was a big faff and pain. Especially when asking the host for any suggestions to be told to 'leave my car in a loading bay'. We did not expect there to be free parking but were happy to pay for a nearby car park but quickly realised there weren't any. After driving around for a while we got lucky as a car was leaving the main street so we could park. The flat is pictured as if you get the whole property and the description is very misleading. It was not until after I had booked that I read there would be 'shared' facilities and it still was not clear what exactly this meant. After arriving we realised that we had only booked one bedroom of the flat and there was someone else staying there. the bedroom was small and didn't even look like it had had a hoover pusher around it. Dirty floor and walls. Bathroom was not clean or tidy. Towels had cleaner tags on so we can only assume they were clean (although they did not look it). We did not stay there for even one night when we had booked for 3 nights. We left the property after 10 mins and booked somewhere else to stay. I let the host know and requested to change the booking so I would only loose money for the first night after explaining the property was not at all as described but this was rejected. I then saw that the property had been put back up as available in an attempt for the host to make even more money!!

Rooms are.abit on the small side. Bathroom had a urine smell when 1st entering but other than that the value of this hotel. Is spot on also no kettle which would of been much better.
