It's a very nice property with a modern design and cosy atmosphere. Location is just perfect, 3 minutes to metro station, main sites, and thousands of different cuisines. It doesn't serve breakfast but has a discount to Gail’s cafe. The staff is very responsive and helpful, it's all managed digitally, but 24/7 service is always available.

The location provided good access to the city and the dockside areas. The parking situation was reasonably close to the accommodation and was reasonably priced per 24 hours. The sitting room and the kitchen area was good. Rain shower was good.

One of the beds was too soft and the linen needs to be cotton in both bedrooms. There were only plates and glasses for 2 persons instead of 4 persons. Dish rack would be useful. 1 pot and 1 frying pan and limited other kitchen implements. Ventilation in bathroom was non existent so very steamy. There is no hand held shower as an alternative to the rain shower and the 2nd shower room was unusable with no door, no shower curtain, no shampoo or other soap. There was no electric shaver sockets in the bathroom. There are no hooks in the shower rooms for clothes and the towel rails had no switch to put the on. Bathrooms are too dark for makeup. Prices had been elevated due to conference over the weekend so overall seemed pricey. The table in the main bedroom left no room to get passed easily and would be better left in the sitting room.

Disappointing this time due to lack of staff. The few on duty were working very hard but could not keep up with demand at breakfast. Ran out of milk in coffee machine, pancake mix , scrambled eggs, bread not very fresh

Big walk in shower. Big room. Big beds. Mostly helpful staff.

Very noisy from other rooms. Tv right in front of door at head height. Window rattled when open. Mouldy teabags. Lamp on side table but nowhere to plug it in. Was told we could have a Travel cot then on arrival was told there wasn't any as they were all broken.
