Pool was lovely, bar food was lovely, rooms and reception staff were lovely. Waiting staff were very nice. Bar staff werent the fastest. You seem to get that in UK. Brekkie was quite good though the wife disappointed to overhear at end of breakfast someone orderings eggs Florentine, her favourite. She didn't know that was option. Very pleased overall

Slow service ordering drinks at bar. I loved the fry up, but less fancy hotels have good fry ups too. Could have had pancakes perhaps too

I wasn't happy with my allocated room, as it was right next to 2 rows of extractor fans (or some such thing) with a noticeable background hum. I asked for a different room and there was no quibble about it and I ended up having an upgrade. Very happy with that. The bed was also very comfortable.

Beautiful setting, private, well set out entrance which avoids any awkwardness that you get sometimes when on someone else's property! Wasn't bothered by the owners but felt they would help if needed. Cabin was spotless and really nicely laid out and decorated

Maybe consider including a small welcome pack, for example some milk and bread so you can have a cuppa after travelling. Ended up ordering from a nearby co-op so wasn't the end of the world. Also, the heating bangs in the night! Scared me to death haha

The apartment was perfect, it had everything you need to spend a few days in Inverness. The communication with the owners was fast and easy. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Well presented good sized self contained 2 bedroom apartment with nice outlook over park. Exceptionally good value for money. On site bar and restaurant served very pleasant meal.

Bathroom very small but did the job. 2nd bedroom was wall to wall double bed. More of a nook than a bedroom but also sort of fun.

Good location, room was a bit "tired" and at an angle, due to the shape of the overall building. Bathroom was OK but not to the standard expected of a four star hotel
