Great comfortable stay at Middle House. The staff were lovely, very approachable and couldn't do enough to help you. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice, well cooked. Our room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Car parking great & garden was well maintained. Great location for touring around the Dales Very enjoyable stay

Reception, bar and waiting staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our evening meal was good quality. We were offered a complimentary drink, due to having to wait over 40 minutes for our dessert to be served, Ellie our waitress was very apologetic.

Reception wasn't well signposted from the rear car park. Restaurant menus weren't available on the hotels website. Although there were only six customers in the restaurant when we had our evening meal at about 8pm, it took over 40 minutes for our chosen desserts (crumble and cheesecake) to be served. Awoken by noisy plumbing at 6am 😞, vibrating water pipes. Lots of condensation in our bathroom, the fan was broken. Lots of young staff around, some of whom seemed to be trying their best and working hard, others much less so, but there seemed to be a complete lack of leadership and direction. A couple of the kitchen staff were taking frequent breaks outside which appeared to be unmonitored, there didn't seem to be anyone in overall charge in a senior/management role.

Spotlessly clean and modern apartment in a lovely neighbourhood. Very conveniently located beside bars,restaurants and supermarkets. Earl’s Court and Gloucester Rd tube stations both within a short walk. Shwan and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Clearly been recently refurbished to a high standard and it had some lovely details such as the lighting, laid out dining places, outside area and blankets. Very quiet for such a central location.

Kitchen was well equipped for its size, but it may have felt a bit small for a long stay if you wanted to cook properly.

Nice hotel close to the centre of Ayr about ten to fifteen minutes walk.lovely staff great size room and we ate in the hotel as well and meals were spot on and very reasonable.
