Let's be starit forward, when you on a trip, you need a safe and secured place, calm, clean, and in a good area hotel. This hotel checked all the boxes, it is very safe and secured, very clean, very calm and had a calm area also, and in my opinion this hotel is in the best area in London, a 100 meter away from Earl's Court Station, the station that connects you with the most areas or stations that you will go through with your vacation. I recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Good location, despite is a little far from central London, it’s 2 min walk from East Acton Tube station, so you can get to the centre in about 30 mins. Room is spacious and well illuminated, perfect for 2 people. It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood, so there’s no noise from the street. There are different shops and restaurants very close. Also, hostess was very friendly with us and took the time to welcome us and explain how everything worked.

Toilet wasn’t that clean at all times. Some hairs in the shower, floor and lavatory. However, it’s understandable as there are other guests staying there and it wasn’t that bad.

Location, location, location is everything and there is no doubt that this property is located in a prime spot. Super convenient to many transport links and within easy walking distance of great shopping, dining and sight-seeing precincts. Responsive host who is easy to communicate with also gets top marks. The small flat has undergone a modern renovation and has a pleasant, easy, comfortable vibe given the restrictions of its original bones.

The apartment was located up four flights of a narrow staircase and while most people can adapt this would be an issue for those with mobility problems or families with small children. Because the building is old the walls and insulation are very thin and it is possible to hear conversations and activities in neighbouring flats particularly the property directly above - earplugs advised. I’d love to see the towels renewed as they were becoming threadbare and not in keeping with the high standard throughout the rest of this property. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were not possible to resolve while I was a guest and perhaps cleaners need to check all lights are working etc prior to check in.

This was a last minute short holiday, we were all very happy with the accommodation. My major concern was cleanliness because we had a baby with us and it was definitely clean and warm. With all the essentials and very good location

Parking is a struggle if you're caravan is at the end of the row, and when you get back after a day out most of the nearest places were taken

Service in restaurant was not good. This may have been due to some issues in another part of the hotel at the time but there seemed to be a lack of staff to handle number of people with a large tour in restaurant. Our meal took a long time to come and suspect it had been sitting for some time as we could see Pizza oven and nothing had happened in that area for some time when our meal arrived after prompting.
