The breakfast was cooked to order and was really tasty and good value for money. The hotel staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. I have a mobility disability and the stairs were quite difficult, but they helped me with my suitcase and made me feel really supported. I did not have an accessible room, however the room I had was fine for my level of requirement, including the shower and toilet facilities. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to people travelling to Northampton. It is situated not far from the town centre and there are several bars and restaurants nearby.

I was on the third floor and that was difficult because of my mobility issues, however the staff did help me when I needed it.

The house is more beautiful and has more space than it is presented in the pictures. The bed was so comfortable. It is in a quite area. The hosts were amazing; so helpful and so friendly, they made me feel like a guest in a friend's house.

Great location, close to the airport, and there is a shuttle right outside. Clean room, comfortable beds.

To get to the reception of the hotel there are stairs. If travelling with a buggy or heavy suitcases is not the most comfortable way.

The restaurant had three people dining at 6.55pm and I was told they they only had 3 staff working so they couldn't accommodate me until 7.30pm, this is a 80 bedroom hotel! £15.00 a night for parking!
