Loved the location. It took 15 min to walk to the city center or 4 min to the #7 bus, which takes you to town center or the train station. The house was very clean with very cozy beds. The area is quiet, so we all slept peacefully. There is free on street parking but the street can only accommodate small vehicles. The owners gave perfect directions, and access was easy. The added touches of coffee, tea, and some snacks were an added bonus 😋.

We could not sit in the small garden due to the foul smell of sewer.

A perfect location, all information and communications prompt, efficient and very informative. Our host was always helpful and pre emoted any questions/information that we might need. On arrival there was a welcome pack which was most appreciated. The attention to detail in terms of amenities like luxury soaps, hand creams etc was likewise exceptional.

The showers in the rooms are awful. They are so old, and there was a notice that said, sometimes if the water runs cold you have to turn it off and wait, then switch it on again! This is ridiculous when you are standing in a bath, soaking wet and having to wait for the water to get hot again. Not good. The mattresses in our rooms were not that comfortable, particularly room 9. There was no parking available at the site. They have very limited spaces, and it is very small. I had to park in a public car park around the corner, so my car wasn’t in view. I was told that most people who stay there have to park in the public car park. There was no charge for this, it was just inconvenient having to carry luggage back to the hotel. Also the radiators didn’t work, but there was a small fan heater in the rooms, so we had to use these for any heat. I don’t think it was worth the money charged.

We paid £250 for 2 nights for a "SHIPPING CONTAINER" We were mortified to find our "Deluxe Room" was actually a revamped shipping container. Upon entering we were hit with a damp doggy smell. Although the room was clean to be fair. The flat screen tv can only be watched from about 1 square foot of sitting in the bed. The sink is on top of the toilet so you have to lean over the toilet bowl to clean your teeth.

Wardrobe size 3 ft tall. Meal sizes too big so we're their prices. The hotel was a commercial Hotel with little character unlike its website. Location in centre of a housing estate. More character in Monkfield Arms and Morrisons Suprmarket opposite. Hotel comparable to Premier and Travel lodges
