this property was booked for some of our workforce. they have informed me that the property overall is very good but it only has two saucepans and only one knife. this was disappointing and it is a matter that should be addresses prior to other guests staying.

Fabulous breakfast, lots of options. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Excellent location. Lovely courtyard garden. The caravan was unique, very comfortable. A damaged window which was fixed quickly.

I was expecting it to be noisy as I stayed over the Eurovision weekend in a roof-top caravan, & it's a central location. It was really, really noisy. I had a few hours of quiet between the nearby nightclub closing & the street cleaning team beginning. Even with decent earplugs & a white noise app playing all night, I didn't sleep very well. Pack sleeping tablets.

Easy access, Clean, comfortable, quiet enjoyment, everything you would ever need was supplied within the property. off road parking also a plus and located close to local shops and main roads.

We paid £900 for 4 nights and there was No WIFI??? I do not remember it advertising no WIFI when I booked it so it may have changed after I booked it because I specifically look for this as we were travelling for business. Luck would have it my 4G worked. The TV only works off the internet as there is no cable to the aerial to again had to connect the TV to my phone which is not ideal. The system for messaging is poor. You get an e-mail with a message on it but its not at the top or obvious what the message is. Hence I missed the fact I had to sign paperwork, manually pay a deposit and send in ID. No messages on Booking.com app which would be much better! I mean I got there in the end but not a clear way of communicating with the Property Management company.

Hotel was a great location for us,close to the airport and harbour and walking distance to the city centre. Staff were so friendly and helpful with an early check in.

The size of the room was superb and the facilities were excellent with a lovely bath and separate shower. It was all very comfortable.

A microwave and a little more storage would have helped. The kitchen is small but maybe a couple of shelves on the wall by the sink would free up more cupboard space.
