It’s such a lovely hotel beautiful sea view in such beautiful location. Food in the restaurant/bar was amazing we went half board and it was really worth it. We got a card with our check in , so when buying drinks and food in the hotel you get 15% off it all as you are staying there .. our room was very spacious and a massive bathroom with a lovely bath and shower in it. You can walk down the zigzag path that’s man made through all the trees and caves right on the beach . We were really surprised just how beautiful it is in Folkestone . Considering we only live an hours drive away . The harbour is just 10 minute walk away and full of quirky restaurants/bars and seafood places. We also played crazy golf there.

Breakfast was a disappointment. It was buffet style which is fine but the food had sat there for a couple of hours which made it go hard and not so warm.It would’ve made a difference if it was made to order.

The location was absolutely perfect- minutes away from the Co op live arena. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean, with comfy beds. Free safe parking was a great bonus. The host was very prompt with communication and very friendly.

Very minor improvements eg bullet points for entering the apartment; WiFi info clearly on display and maybe some milk if you wanted a cup of tea (there was a great little coffee maker for coffee drinkers)

Very comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for our short stay. In a very quiet location too, just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Great to have parking on site. We will definitely return.

For the price of the room, I was expecting more. The room was clean but very basic. When O went to the retaraunt for dinner, I was greeted with the news that there was no steak or chicken, not a great start, as this discount quite a number of dishes on the menu. I ordered Lasagne, and when it arrived, it was burnt quite significantly around the edges and was generally overdone. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money I paid for the room.
