Lovely place to stay. Food and service for breakfast excellent. Room and bed were lovely, lots of attractive decor and nice pieces on show. Luxury deep stand alone bath with lots of hot water. Owners went above and beyond for us.

An amazing location so close to the stadium. There are also bus stops nearby, as well as shops and restaurants. Francis is an amazing and friendly host and helpes us a lot. It doesn’t hurt that he’s a Liverpool fan :)

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and the facilities are good. Also very well located for Kew Gardens and Richmond where you can walk the river path into the town. I recommend.

If you struggle with Mobility the escalators start in the second floor, which I guess is a quirk due to the age of the hotel. It's a very minor flaw. Also parking is actually a public pay and display car park on the hotels grounds outside the main doors, so it's possible you may turn up and not be able to find a space at busy times (we had this problem for 15 mins on arrival.

The host was always available through text. Had toiletries, two hand towels already, and kitchen cleaning stuff on arrival. Lovely caravan. Grand children loved it and so did we. X

Toilet flush gets stuck so was a little noisey if kids got up in night for toilet. Must touch gently. Didn't affect the holiday though. Just worried me alittle as I didn't want to mess with it myself. On arrival got a little lost as was counting numbers on caravans and couldn't see its number clearly. Thought it was 14 so was then looking for our 14a in the storm and eventually realised there is no 14. Tried the key fob which worked, Thats how we knew. Loved the holiday and caravan so much. Thanks

Hot tub was not easy to work and use. However, property was wonderful and great value for price. No fault of the owner but local takeaway choices limited and the pizza place in the village was expensive with rude staff and awful food which was frankly inedible! If staying here then pick up food on way home or get ingredients I. to cook decent stuff

Breakfast was a very poor effort and the person on waiting duty could not have been more miserable if they had been paid handsomely to do so. Breakfast was not ready and we were made to feel 100% unwelcome and unwanted. A really disappointing part of our stay

Bedroom and living room cold/damp on arrival and heat from log burner didn't really get into main part of room. Tiny little gas stove not really good enough for job of boiling kettle or pot. Also curtains reqd for patio doors as kids playback overlooking otter accommodation.
