What a find! An absolutely fabulous two night stay in a great B&B. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable, and breakfast was superb. Thomas was a funny, genial, and charming host and we are already planning to come back next year for the same weekend.

We loved it, excellent location for visiting Bodnant Gardens, Conwy and beyond. Beautiful room in keeping with the historic nature of the farmhouse, very comfortable bed, Welsh fabrics and comfortable armchairs. Lovely view of the estuary.

Booked the previous day which led to confusion about check in. More information about the room required, it turned out there is a full size fridge, microwave and cutlery and plates- enough for a simple meal. Also confusion about the inclusion of breakfast. We got the room at a very reasonable rate which apparently did not include breakfast. This was not clear. No hairdryer.

Loved the surrounding area, the place itself was very accommodating for 2 families with children. It could be a very good stay for a large family too. All utensils available, oven and hob in good working order, rooms clean. Was great!

The mattresses on the beds were not that comfortable, which would help having good quality ones. We were there to rest, and sleep is part of it to us.

For an overnight stay the Hotel was perfect. WE needed somewhere to sleep and spent little time in our rooms. The room was small but well thought out. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Was not aware that the flat was on the third floor, a total of of sixty stairs. It was hard going up with our luggage as two of us are over eighty years old! I would not have booked this flat had I known this. Also it was not mentioned that it was metered parking during the day so we had to move our cars to the day long car park each day which added extra cost to our holiday.
