I've stayed here twice now and will definitely be back! Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious, shower is nice, free parking, good wifi - superb, friendly hosts. I'm never too bothered about the decor, but this place is absolutely lovely, well decorated, and very cozy. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Loughborough.

attic room, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely light and cosy. bathroom lovely with a great addition mirror that lights up and can connect to phone to play music everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and walk to the beach.

Having to wait 20 mins to check in with nobody else in reception at the time. Poor breakfast with unhelpful staff Damaged room door frame and lock making the room vulnerable tonfirced entry.
