Everything, from the warm greeting on arrival to the excellent room and fantastic breakfast. Knocked spots off the 5 star hotel I stayed at in early March at a faction of the price. Please note, The Moorhead is in a very rural location. If you must have a town or city around you then don't book but if you value peace and tranquility with nothing but bird song this is the place for you. If you need to stay connected then there is excellent Wi-Fi and TV in your room. The beautiful, wide ranging, breakfast includes freshly laid eggs on the premises and the most tasty, to die for, sausages. Very, very highly recommended.

Such a great location, situated in the centre of Chester. It was a 20 minute walk to the station and a gentle stroll to the river. There are plenty of lovely restaurants very close to the property as well. The accommodation itself is beautifully finished. The decor is modern and tasteful with all of the facilities you could need. Communication with Blake and Jen was excellent and everything was so easy! I wish they had more properties across the country!

Not as advertised. Not a hotel- an unkempt bedsit. This is not the Atlas hotel- it is a false front for the Athena Hotel 'the worst hotel in Oxford' (google it). The negative reviews were misleading because they suggest this is what you might expect for a cheap hotel, but the accommodation was much worse that basic. The owner was argumentative and shouted at us as we arrived and queried that we had been redirected to a different address from the listing. I have complained to booking.com because the inclusion on their website gave false reassurance.

They booked the wrong rooms for us, I telephoned they assured us we had a room for 2 adults 1 child, when we arrived we had one bed for us all to sleep in. room very hot toilet dirty Breakfast very poor quality
