What a find ! Just back from a lovely stay here at the Arthington and couldn’t have asked for better . Steve and Elaine were lovely , the hotel was nicely decorated , had everything we wanted and was a little bit of luxury in Blackpool . Really enjoyed it - thank you and will deffo be back

The property was very central and a great location. The flat well laid out, comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were reasonable and comfortable. Overall we loved our stay and the flat was lovely.

The windows need cleaning from pigeon poo and paint too manage some deterioration. The kitchen utensils/ plates / glassware needs to be re-inventoried as them along with the pots/pans we're lacking.

Excellent location, lovely and homely, very clean was lovely to find some teabags. The Spanish Tapas bar about 2 minutes walk away is excellent

WiFi was poor and choice of TV channels really poor. Asked about breakfast but £15 seemed a bit steep, only £4.50 in asda down the road.

A little warm in the room. No aircon. Separate bathroom and toilet - but toilet had no hand basin in and bathroom was round the corner.
