The breakfast was lovely. Very peaceful out in the countryside and yet it didn't take long to get to major roads. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Alison was very pleasant to talk to and she was very helpful.

Location location location. Nearby an abundance of public transport. Bus train underground overground. Reasonable quit street. Walking distance of shops restaurants and Hyde park.

Top floor is best to avoid at anytime but pecially during heatwave. Stairs are a pain in the * after a day in London. Small room. Breakfast is bare minimum with surcharges for croissant, eggs etc.

The appartment is an a good and calm neigtbohood, next to a metro station, easy to get arrount the city. The rooms are big and spaciuos, as in the pictures.

The appartment was nice but it could have been cleaned a bit more extencive. The instructions for the lockers with keys were not clear, there should be more and recent pictures of how the guests should get the key, we were there around half hour until we figure it out and we didn't receive and answer from the host on time. Since the lockers are not standard please put a clear picture where the guest should find them. After we checked out also the instructions to lock the keys back were not correct and we got error messages on the locker.

Double mattress lumpy and bed squeaked when you rolled over. Starting to show signs that a redec / update is due. Ie grout and sealing in bathroom, loose toilet seat, some paint touching up needed in areas on skirting boards, small sofa in living room is worn

For a 4 star hotel this feels quite old. But the real problem was that they advertise it with pool and sauna. Only in the fine print you can see that there’s no guarantee you can use the spa. When I arrived later in the evening they told me that the next morning pool and sauna were fully booked already. They have more than 200 rooms and only 20 people can use the facilities at the same time they told me.
