Decoration, lighting & presentation was modern and upbeat. Security appeared to be good, with lift access controlled by room card keys. More relaxed feel to design and approach of this hotel and we would consider staying there again, particularly if a larger room is available. Location wrt to the city centre was good with nearby discounted parking available in what appears to be a secure parking facility.

Standard double room & bathroom was too small with no bedroom storage furniture, meaning that you have to live out of your cases. No facility to drive close to the main entrance to drop off & collect luggage. The closest pull up was on a quiet back road about 50+ meters away from the entrance, necessitating use of a luggage trolly; that could be a problem if parking/stopping restrictions are enforced, especially as a nearby apartment block development is likely to put a strain on accessibility by car.

Property in perfect location close to everything. Room was decent size with en suite. Great communication from owner regards check in. Very friendly owner, met when checking out. wasn’t there on check in but clear instructions were left about where to find keys and code left to access front door. Happy with this as we don’t need to be babysat through the process

A beautifully decorated cottage. Very clean. We had everything we needed and everything worked well. We had hot water in the shower with good pressure.

I have a feeling that some people might understand the directions in the folder wrong and turn the left hand tap the wrong way, hence some of the previous reviews. Please check. Follow the arrows on the taps. First the tap on the left. Then turn the right hand tap slowly.
