  That our caravan faced on the beach was lovely too just sit on the decking and chill out. Our kids loved the beach, arcades and park even though the park wasn't the biggest.

  That you had too buy a pass for one day which wasn't cheap then pay for activities on top of that.. luckily our kids were happy enough without the activities!

  Was a great option if you are going out with friends! The location was amazing for all Brighton attractions, room was clean

  The windows were quite grimy, it smelled not great and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, shower only goes freezing or boiling. Very noisy so would not recommend for a relaxing getaway as people outside and inside are loud until late!
