The hotel is in an excellent location for easy access to Wembley Stadium. The staff are hard working, friendly and efficient. Comfortable beds, good bathroom with excellent showers.

Good location not far from the underground station. The room was clean. There was a washbasin in the room. Wi-fi was working. Included breakfast was great!

When I checked in it was like a youth hostel, members of staff sitting on top of one another playing games etc, very unprofessional. On arrival at first glimpse I said oh this looks decent but when I looked around the apartment it was very dirty and could do with a through clean, shower very dirty, toilet extremely dirty for guests staying and the floors would need a through clean too. I stayed 2 nights and on the first morning I woke up to get a shower and there was absolutely no hot water, it was ice cold. I rang down to reception to find out why there wasn't any hot water on the premises and she pretended not to know of the issue and then later said that the engineers are on site working on the hot water issue. I asked how would residents how when the issue has been resolved and she told me there would be an email sent to everyone, the email never appeared, when I returned to my studio there was a note under the door that the issue had been resolved but no email. I was able to get a shower in the evening but had the email had been sent as promised I could have returned earlier in the day and had a proper shower. Towels notice in the room said towels will be changed every 7 days but there was nowhere in the room to actually dry a towel so if you were staying more than one night you had to hang towel over the window or a door, no radiator for drying towel, there was a radiator at the end of the bed but this was not for drying a towel and leaving it unattended while not in the room. For the money paid it was not value for money.

Initial room I was placed in had an extremely foul smell. This was in all the sheets and towels. It was unbearable. After complaining to the front desk my room was changed and the new room did not have a smell but the cleanliness was still not great and the flush was broken.
