Location was fantastic! And the value for money was great, not badly priced for such a nice hotel room in a great location. I upgraded for a view and it was still very affordable.

Beautiful building and grounds. Staff very friendly. Loved the pool. Our room was very nice. Large and opened onto the garden with a small table to sit out at.

We stayed in room 14. Loved it! The boxed window detail and the fireplace were the highlight of the room. The surrounding fields and the garden were a joy.

The room is not insulated from the noises on the road outside so it was hard to have deep sleep. I also woke up to the smell of petrol in the middle of the night and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The curtain on the door needed some attention as well.

The listing said there is private parking. The parking is a public car park around the corner. When we arrived after a long journey, the car park was full. It was pouring with rain. By some miracle, as we were loitering in the road wondering what an earth to do as we had a lot of bags, a space became available on the roadside. On site private parking was a prerequisite to my chose of hotel. My husbands breakfast was awful (hard dry inedible scrambled eggs). Apparently the chef was off. No fruit available at breakfast. They need to offer an alternative to non cereal eaters. Top floor room. It’s a lovely old building, but narrow windy stairs cases difficult to manage with. If cases. No staff offered to help.

Quiet street. Close to Earl’s Court Tube station.

Tiny room, attic room so couldn’t see out, nor open the window, gurgling noisy air-conditioning unit - we couldn’t sleep due to the noises coming out of it. Turned it off - could barely breathe due to being so hot in the room. Difficult to walk around the beds due to the small size of the room. Could hear neighbours talking - so no sound-proofing. Will go back to Premier inn or travel lodge as more standardised.

All of the property, the parking terrible, room smelt like bo and was falsely advertised no nice looking bed just standard quilt and thin pillows that’s stunk. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Was made to send a 100) deposit and am still waiting for it back 2 days later.
