Fantastic modern Caravan in a beautiful location with great views. Spotless clean with all the modern facilities you could want. This was our second visit to this Caravan park and we will be back again. If you are looking for a quiet holiday with easy access to some nice walks and a stones throw from the beach then this ticks all the boxes. Dog friendly too and our German Shepherd also had a great weekend. No shops nearby so make sure you stock up before arriving. 10 out of 10 from us.

I originally booked for two weeks ago but the event we were attending was cancelled due to the weather so I asked if we could change the dates of our stay. This was agreed, for which I am grateful, but there were no like for like rooms available. I asked if we could upgrade to a family room but was told this would cost £40 per night extra. I explained that the price difference between the two rooms was less than £20 per night on Booking.com for the new dates, however I was told that as I was asking for an upgrade I had to pay £40 per night. This didn't make any sense. I asked if I could cancel and rebook but was told no so the only option was to swap to a double room instead of a twin. I'm assuming that because of this we were given the worst room. The photos advertised on Booking.com do not correlate to the rooms/decor in the hotel as depicted in the photographs attached. The room was tiny, claustrophobic and hadn't been decorated since the 70s. The headboard was orange/brown draylon that was faded, the cushions and curtains matched. The bathroom was a 1970s prison/parlour hybrid. The bath took over half an hour to fill. WiFi does not reach the fourth floor and phone signal appears to be blocked. The corridor was decorated like a 1980s Saturday morning TV show. Pets are charged at £20 per night which is not clearly advertised. I ended up paying £270 for the room pictured for two nights (room only).

Amazing staff, really lovely hotel.

Reception staff need to prioritise when guests come in to check in early. So if some has come in early to check in then let housekeeping know so they can service the room next.
