I liked the location, the friendly staff, the comfortable mattress, clean bedding and the room in general, the presence of a fridge and kettle, as well as sachets with coffee, sugar and milk.

Only two sockets. One was needed for the refrigerator, and the other had to choose whether to charge the phone, turn on the laptop, or the table lamp. The TV was out of the question, because the plug was broken. The window was not covered with anything. There was a full moon, which shone brightly directly in front of the bed and it prevented relaxation.

Hostel is really close to St Pancras. About 5 mins walk to hostel. And its facility is good with lift which is very important to those carry big luggage tourists.

Staff very friendly, rooms (and the facility in general) are comfortable and clean, breakfast very good. Overall a very nice experience!

The temperature in the room was VERY cold. I normally prefer rooms that are not overheated but this was on the verge of uncomfortable.

The windows were filthy as was the TV remote and we had a bad problem during the night with bluebottles (fly's) in the room, we killed 8, we don't know where they were coming from. to be fair, in the morning when we told the staff about the problem she was very apologetic and said she would look into it. When we went down for breakfast the staff asked for our room number and said enjoy your breakfast, there was a buffet style breakfast so we started to eat. thinking, it's a shame there is no cooked breakfast but that's ok...... however, 10 minutes later another guest came for breakfast and complained that there was no cooked breakfast and was told by the staff that there was, you just had to ask ... would have been good for the staff to inform you it was available.
