  Had everything you needed & anything you may have forgotten to take there was a well stock shop around the corner. Bed comfortable, good shower. Lots of useful info provided & exceptional customer service by the owner via email to make sure everything was OK for our stay. Spa pass is an added bonus.

  The kitchen cold tap was a little hard to turn on & off but nothing to complain about im only mentioning in case anyone had mobility issues with their hands.

  It was a comfortable and clean twin room. The beds were larger than we expected. The staff were very helpful in arranging both our early morning alarm call, and our takeaway breakfast.

  We weren't impressed with the takeaway breakfast. There wasn't much of a choice in the bag, and we didn't like any of it. Consequently it ended up being a terrible waste. You should allow people to choose what they would like in the bag the previous night.

  Our flat was a private host rental in the cloisters. Although the building is tired the cleanliness of the interior of the flat was really bad.windows and doors didn't close . Paint badly chipped , general maintenance of the room needs attention more regularly.
