Friendly staff. 24 hour checkin. Very nice fragrance soap and shower gel provided. Basic but tasty buffet breakfast for £7.30 payment at reception. Great location inbetween Barons Court and West Kensington tube stations. Competitive price.

It was cold in the room. Single room was a box room, bed sandwiched between walls, so not possible for me to lie fully stretched. I am 199cm/6"6. No complementary water provided in room

I liked being upgraded to a room with a sea view. I thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips recommended very close nearby. The welcome was so sincere. I wished I had time and capacity to have breakfast.

Facilities and location were excellent. It was really easy to access the centre of town. The owner and staff were helpful and accommodating with early drop off and late pick up of our luggage.

The room was lovely and the staff where amazing . The pool and sauna excellent and great jacuzzi looking over the mountain .

When we went for breakfast at 8am . We asked for tea and coffee once we where seated . They forgot and we had to ask 15 mins later . The potato bread and soda bread where like rubber and the poached eggs were hard as they set them in a heater instead of making them fresh to order

Food was good as always, rooms and hotel are clean etc.

Shower pressure was so high the bath was filling. There was also a lot of warping on the bathroom door. The heater in the room was on full blast no matter which setting was used. TV in the room was not internet enabled.

The heater in the bedroom overlooking the ESK did not work correctly, we bought a heater to warm the bedroom The black out blind in the same bedroom was not working fully it kept jamming
