The property is located in st Martin, 10mins bus/car or 30 mins walk (up hill) from the ferry port/St Peter. It is in a residential area, so it is very quiet, but in 5 mins walk there is a pub (we haven’t tried it though) and in 15 mins walk you can find some take always and a supermarket. Breakfast is good and dinner is available upon request (to be made in the morning).the host is very kind, efficient and reserved, leaving the guests their privacy. The overall place sends you back in time, with old fashion English decor and a little bar with a nice lounge for pre-dinner drinks. There is also a swimming pool that is definitely an extra perk-we haven’t had the chance to use it as we were mostly outside exploring.

cute little hotel with a nice pub downstairs. Great customer service from the nice lady, very accommodating. The room was gorgeous, comfortable beds nice shower (not very strong water) very clean, loved the coffee facilities in room. Only thing is no TV in room would have added a nicer touch

remote area, no shops whatsoever or newsagents just cows! but very nice pleasant town and easy access to Whittlebury hall 10-15 min walk or 5 mins drive. Very remote

The room was clean and cozy, with all the facilities you might need available. I especially like the decoration style. The staff are nice and breakfast was great. The location is good (5min walk to North pier). Overall a very pleasurable stay.

The only thing I could say is could do with blinds in the bedroom with the tv in as couldn't close the curtains due to nets so was woken up very early.

Got stuck in lift for half hour no one came to help this was on arrival . When we got to the room the shower was broken and room was dirty . My husband nearly broke his back putting the faulty bed settee away There was only beans and sausages for breakfast as we are both vegans . Got frightened of lift so had to walk up 4 flights of stairs all of the time Was extremely disappointed They had to move us as our room wasn’t great
