If you are staying on Golebia street you check in at the main reception and from there it is a 5 minute walk thru the square to the accommodation. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and I would highly recommend it . You do need to go up a flight of stone stairs so if you have mobility issues then this is not for you .”

    - “I had a wonderfull small holiday at Mandarin. It was a first experience for us at this hotel group and for sure we will try the Mandarin in other cities from now on. We had a deluxe premier room and it was very spacious, very clean, large bathroom. I appreciated the treats we received when we entered the room (fruits and candies), a personalized hand-written note, the butler’s 24h service, the sound system, the beach/pool bag… We asked for a specific higher-floor room with view towards the Icon Siam Mall and we received just that! It felt that we were trully taken care of! The pool was a good retreat after visiting the city with a perfect blend of private and nature. The ice-cream “on the house” offered at noon was a cool bonus. We could use the facilities and pool untill afternoon when we left for the airport and it was a great rest before the flight. We rented a car with deuver for Ayutthaya and it was great. The driver Kid always offered us cooling cold napkins with great smell when we finished visiting temples. He was a good guide and we had the most one could do in this 7 hour tour. Breakfast is delicious and with a variety of foods. Omlette was delicious! The boat to cross to the mall is a big plus! … and it is very nice to just take a ride. Loved everything!”

      Couldnt get in initially, but we were 1-2 hrs early .... one of the cleaners sorted entry for us .... extremely helpful. The property site was a perfect location for us ..... easy walking distance to restaurants & to central Edinburgh ..... no car needed.

      Checked in with ease, and location is brilliant. It's a great location and has everything you need to use as a base when you are out for the day and dinner. Great shower! The room is tired but clean and made up every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

      The location was very good and the room and building were new and modern. Access was simple and the cooktop was useful

      The room was very hot and being on the ground floor having to leave the window open absolutely no privacy at all so this could be improved. The room was a little bit on the small side and a bit cramped

      I did not like anything other than the location. I would not use Stayo again.

      The paperwork to register and get the digital key was onerous and too long. The digital key system was not practical for someone who is travelling and may have difficulties with accessing email/downloading apps and accessing the internet. The apartment was not appropriately cleaned and was generally very run down, stained and appeared unfinished in its decoration and finishing. Not at all commensurate with the fee of the place. The blind in the living room was also seemingly transparent. I tried moving to another location but was unable. The cleaner also banged on the door at 10 am to ensure I was out on time- this was intrusive and unnecessary.
