Positive section of review
Close to the subway - 4 minutes walk to the Victoria line. There is also a train at the station. About 25 minutes to the center. A very quiet, new apartment, with an elevator and very safe. There is a balcony. There are 2 supermarkets a few minutes away. Another minute's walk and there are 2 more large supermarkets. The owner of the apartment met us late in the evening, explained everything in the apartment. He took care of a small problem that we had and was always available on the phone.

We were 6 people - a family with 4 children. In the living room, when you open the sofa for a bed, it gets very crowded. And a dining table too small. My poor thing, the apartment is great for up to 4 guests. There are 2 more small things that should be taken care of - glue a small part that connects the ceramic in the kitchen to the parquet in the living room. and arrange silicone of the glass in the bath. Other than that, there are no complaints about anything.

We found one member of staff particularly helpful [ Matilda] as she helped us with our luggage as we could leave them at the hotel because we were too early for check in and also to leave them at the hotel after check out, she also help us with the taxi. Matilda came across courteous cheerful and genuine. We also enjoyed the selection of breakfast,

At check in we were allocated a family room[double bed on right and single bed on the left] The room was also very dark as there was ahigh wall 'directly outside the window, we were very disappointed. I had booked and paid for a twin room. After negotiating at reception we were swiftly allocated a light airy single room.

The apartment is amazing. Well equipped and very clean. Really cute welcome basket with coffees and biscuit. Toiletries are readily available. Very homely and cosy. Very comfortable bed and lovely complete kitchen. I stayed for my university block weeks and its accessible to UWE Glenside Campus just 20minutes walk.

I can hear the neighbour screaming on the second and third night but none of this will affect my feedback as I had an amazing stay all in all.

Lovely little house in Oakham which has much to recommend it. Quiet street, we never heard a thing! House was incredibly well equipped with all kinds of thoughtful touches. Warm and plenty of hot water. The hosts were easily contacted and we had a very good time.

the only draw back perhaps is the onstreet parking as the road is pretty full. Having said that, we always managed to park within reach of the house.

Breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Manchester Picadilly rail station I really liked that the housekeeping staff were quiet going about their daily cleaning and not shouting down corridors, which is just vulgar

The room was cute, we liked how it was decorated, the place is convenient in the middle of town and the use of local products in the bathrooms is also a nice touch.

It was too hot in the room and you couldn't adjust the radiator so we had to leave the window open and hear drunken customers outside instead (wasn't great!) Also we got charged £5 more than we should which I didn't realise at the time of checkin as it was late and I was tired after many hours of driving. There was no one to speak to this about in the morning when we left as you just leave your key on the side, so I have flagged this online, was told they'd look at it when they reopened on a Thursday and then I've heard nothing despite asking again. It's not a big difference money wise but it's more the service for me.

Good location, short walk into Gloucester. Comfortable, warm reasonably large room. Parking no problem. Reasonable breakfast.

The bath sides were quite high and there was no bath mat or hand rails to help with getting in or out.
