Absolutely beautiful home, very clean and everything you could need for a comfortable stay, it really was like home from home, it was extremely clean and tidy on arrival easy to find and about ten minutes walk away from town centre, will definitely use again if we are in the area.

It would of been great if mentioned in the information that both bathrooms are downstairs, we had my 92 year old father with us and he was a bit unsure going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. As soon as we realised the sofa in the living room doubled as a bed he stayed downstairs which was much better for him. Just think it should be mentioned in the information.

Everything. The accommodation , which was a barn conversion, was so comfortable & tastefully furnished . Our hosts were warm & friendly & the breakfast , both in choice & quality was amazing.

The bedroom itself was incredibly dated, however this was not the problem. The bathroom was not up to standards with there being mould on the ceilings and the dispensers broken. It was incredibly noisy up until 22:30 due to there being live music. (The guy was great but sleep was needed!)

I've never given a one star before but this place was Terrible on a few levels. Terrible service from the staff. I booked this place specifically so I could do some washing as it comes with a washing machine but when I got there I realised there was no detergent for it. The towels they provided also looked dirty so I wanted to wash them. I sent a message asking if I could get some washing powder and they said they would drop some off the next day. It never came, so I messaged again. They said I could look in the communal washing room for some. I had to ask where to find it and was given the wrong floor. There was no washing powder there either. So after being sent on a wild hunt for some they then told me I should go buy some myself from the shop down the road. Mind you I only wanted to do one wash of my own clothes and one wash of the towels they provided. Their communication was terrible and they obviously decided it was too hard because they refused to reply back to further questions. They also require a £100 deposit on the property which I initially didn't see in the listing but found later. I was told it would be refunded within 7 days of checkout. It's been 11 days and I still haven't had the refund. I've messaged them but they haven't replied so I will take this up with booking.com. The check in instructions are also very unclear and difficult to get in. It says it's a fully equipped kitchen but really only had the basics for making cereal in the morning. If you want to do anything slightly more it will be hard. No grater, no tongs etc etc. They ask you to take the rubbish out at the end of the stay (which I don't mind doing) but was only provided with one rubbish bag for my 4 night stay, I would have liked to take the rubbish out earlier due to the smell with the heat but after the washing powder debacle I didn't want to message them to anything else. Would recommend you go elsewhere if you can!
