I had booked to stay for my partners 30th Birthday. I booked the Deluxe King Room with Balcony. We checked in, the lady who helped us was friendly. We got our room key and headed to our room, walked right to the end of the corridor to see that the room they had given us was the Presidential Suite! We were so shocked and obviously delighted, we couldn’t believe it! The suite was beautiful. We ordered room service instead of going to a restaurant so that we could make the most of the suite. The gentleman who brought our food was very friendly and professional and the food was delicious! The bed was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in at a hotel. We had breakfast at The Olive Tree, it was buffet style breakfast with lots of options and was really nice. We can’t thank The Celtic Manor enough for making our stay and my partners birthday that extra special. Can’t wait to stay again!

The caravan was comfortable and clean, everything it said it was. The open space by sea was good.

We didn't know the pass would cost us £21 each, so £105 for 5 of us, to get in to the entertainment facilities. We hasn't been told. We couldn't afford it, we were absolutely gutted about that and had to find places off site. Very disappointing!!

Only small issue was the bar staff could be better trained as to how to serve a pint of John Smiths - as most regular connoisseurs of drinking beer will say it needs to look good as well as taste good - sadly i had to send 2 back!

The cleaning staff and cleaning were not very good. When I asked if they could clean the garbage, they asked us to bring the garbage bin to them.
