Amazing find. Absolutely spotless, comfortable and all the amenities you could possibly want, Julie has thought of everything you might possibly need. Great communication from the host, Julie, she is very friendly and helpful. One of the best places we have ever stayed in, we will definitely return. Lovely to have a garden to sit in as well.

This is a real no nonsense hotel it's quite outdated looking but being one of the cheapest hotels in London near a underground station it's nearly worth just living with it. When checking out you simply drop your key card in a mailbox at the desk and away you go.

We paid for a window room that was just a view of the air conditioning units and concrete that was broke so couldn't open which means we paid for basically a room that had a window without the benefits of a window. Thanks to the outdated style the fire alarms are also old as they set off if bathroom steam congregates in the main room which we learned when the first night the alarms set off twice in the night scaring us and making me tired for my big trips in the morning. So if you stay and an alarm rings it's likely that if its turned off pretty quick.

Welcoming environment. Gluten free options for breakfast were appreciated. Useful electric vehicle charging available too. Bed was very comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet position within walking distance of Melton Mobray centre

It was a compact studio, with basic kitchen facilities. It was near overground train station and about 40 mins away from central London.

Kitchen utensils were very limited. Bed mattress wasn't that comfortable. Towels were not provided. Wifi details were not shared upfront, had to ask for it.

The photos of my room were nothing like the photos on the booking. I was also put in a basement room with a window looking onto a concrete wall. I brought this up with the staff who were unable to provide me with another room. There was also an issue with my key card not working and it took me over an hour after checking in to have access to the room. I contacted Booking.com to raise the issues I had and have received no response or compensation.
