Positive section of review
The apartment has all the facilities for a short vacation ( fridge, hair dryer, space to deposit your things ). The location is very good, 2 minutes by foot from the Earl's Court underground. The host is thoughtful and friendly, we had a smooth communication, she let us some chocolate and water bottles.

For me it was not a problem or a con, but you should be aware that there is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the third floor and the staircase is kind of narrow.

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was beautifully done. The toiletries were fantastic and my room was spacious and had a view over the street. The location was good for the west end, and parks. The area is quiet and green and very walkable.

It was a bit draughty but this had been taken into account with the curtains. I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room. The staff reception area was too small for the number of staff who were busy. Although the hotel is trying to introduce codes for all access it was obvious that friendly and helpful staff are still needed.

We LOVED our stay! We came for a couple of nights for a little honeymoon and we had a great time. The facilities are amazing and there’s so much to do! I loved the Victorian Baths - used it twice in 2 days I enjoyed it so much, very relaxing!

We stayed at number 5 on the top, looking at Warren St. Room was sunny, spacious and quiet. Very close to bakeries and the tube station.Bed was comfy.

Narrow staircase. No front desk. We had to wait for the check in till 3 pm and had to check out at 11 am. So we paid a lot for luggage storing.

The house was only a short walk to the beach. It was spacious, clean and warm. It is good for dogs as it has an enclosed back garden.

Room heating switched off during the day. Towels very thin. Toiletries poor quality. Minimal tea/coffee products. Breakfast mass-produced early and left to congeal. Only egg available was powdered-scrambled and no other provided on request. Parking spaces too small and a distance from the hotel without lighting. Location poor next to McDonalds, garage and Costa Coffee making it difficult to exit the hotel. Road junction out of hotel very dangerous. Staff not very friendly and overall the 'vibe' is 'we are here to collect your money and not be concerned about your stay'.
